Environmental Consultant - Contaminated Sites

As a seasoned Environmental Consultant, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering complex infrastructure and development projects in NSW. Your technical expertise will be essential in managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and providing high-quality technical reviews.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers flexible working arrangements and a hybrid work model. You will be based in Sydney CBD or Newcastle and will have access to a strong business pipeline and Tier 1 client base.

The Role
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale contaminated land projects from investigation to remediation
  • Guide a team with diverse backgrounds in contaminated land consulting
  • Provide technical review, sign-off, and client liaison on high-profile jobs
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align resources and strategy
Requirements

You will require:

  • 8+ years of experience in contaminated land consulting
  • Strong technical reporting and review skills (PSI, DSI, RAP, validation)
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams
