We are seeking an experienced Lead Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Toowoomba Healy Street.
What you'll be doing:
- Take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
- Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About our centre:
Our childcare centre has a capacity for 74 children daily and features five purpose-built rooms designed to enhance the children's learning experiences.
We offer an approved Kindergarten program led by two on-site Early Childhood Teachers that support the children in a school readiness program.
The facility includes two expansive and elongated outdoor play areas, designed to promote physical health, imaginative play, problem solving and creativity.
