Salary InformationThe salary for this role is estimated to be between $25.10-$33.67 per hour, plus salary sacrificing options, resulting in an annual salary range of approximately $51,784 - $69,975 based on a 37.5 hour fortnight schedule.
Job DescriptionAs a Permanent Part-Time Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding children's learning and development, helping them become curious, capable, and confident lifelong learners. You will work in a supportive and dynamic environment, collaborating with experienced educators who share your passion for early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging learning programs that promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Establish strong relationships with families, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters children's sense of belonging.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and productive team culture.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification.
- First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
