- Organising and supporting team training, including maintaining records
- Accounts payable (processing invoices and credit card reconciliation, etc.)
- Accounts receivables and other billing (managing internal and external billing requests)
- Asset management – keeping track of all equipment ordering and disposal
- Office management – keeping the floor area tidy and stock organised
- Managing supporter records and CRM updates
- Requirements
- 4 years minimum experience in an administrative management role
- Report writing skills and ability to summarise key issues
- Proven experience in typing letters, reports, minutes, agendas
- Experience in budgeting and processing invoices
- Experience in the collation of reports and statistical information
- Effective written and oral skills, public speaking, and presentation capabilities
- Tech savvy with strong Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to work unsupervised as well as an effective team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Proven record of building strong, effective, and consultative working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Track record of managing specific projects and prioritising workload, working efficiently, and managing simultaneous activities
- An appreciation of the challenges involved in managing a diverse workforce within a not-for-profit environment
- PowerPoint/Canva/InDesign experience with a creative eye is desirable
