- Supervise and mentor junior members, fostering their career development, and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Possess detailed knowledge and experience with the Australian taxation system, acquired through work in a professional services firm or a comparable industry role.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and confidence in leading direct engagements with clients on substantive tax matters.
- Hold a CA qualification or equivalent, or have completed other postgraduate studies, with technical knowledge of IFRS and Tax Accounting considered an advantage.
