About the Role

Our business is seeking an experienced and ambitious Accounts Officer to join our team immediately, on a permanent full-time basis. This role is located in Brisbane's southern suburbs and has parking options available.

The Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Processing of high-volume invoices;
  • Managing the Accounts Receivable inbox, chasing debts and responding to supplier enquiries;
  • Ability to successfully complete all tasks related to employee deductions;
  • Comprehensive reconciliation of bank and supplier accounts.

Ability to work autonomously and complete all tasks;
High attention to detail and excellent accuracy;
Demonstrate the ability to build strong professional relationships;
