Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with professional agencies for placement opportunities in Postgraduate Professional Psychology programs.
  • Participate in developing partnerships with industry, professional bodies, and the wider community for education and employability initiatives.
  • Design and administer professional development programs for field supervisors in psychology.
  • Provide supervision and support to students on clinical placement.
  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate level courses in professional psychology.

Requirements
  • A PhD or equivalent qualifications and experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA).
  • A demonstrated passion for teaching and learning.
  • The ability to deliver effective teaching practices that improve student success and engagement.

Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and be able to contribute to a collaborative team environment. They should also have a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practice in the field of psychology teaching and research.
