Aeromedical services are critical in providing emergency and non-emergency clinical care, retrieval, and specialist patient transport services to people across metropolitan and regional areas.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead the clinical workforce within Aeromedical Operations, ensuring the delivery of contemporary, safe, and evidence-based critical care for prehospital and inter-hospital medical retrieval responses.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical advice to senior executives and support the development of systems and processes to achieve clinical goals.
- Develop and implement innovative work practices that drive the delivery of world-class aeromedical, retrieval, and emergency management services.
- Accomplished medical leader with experience managing complex clinical operations in pre-hospital and retrieval medicine and critical care settings.
- Medical qualifications registrable with AHPRA and additional qualifications in Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine, or Anaesthesia.
- Demonstrated strategic management skills and ability to lead innovative strategies and workforce improvements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and engagement capabilities.
