Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Quality and Reporting Manager to oversee, monitor, and report on the field quality of our national project.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement control measures and performance metrics to evaluate project outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics.
  • Facilitate the formation of action plans and toolboxes to improve areas of concern.
  • Assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance data management.
  • Streamline and standardize reporting across all forums.
  • Facilitate automation in reporting and dashboards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and meet expectations.
  • Work with operational stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
  • Champion safety throughout project phases.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Identify areas for improvement and champion innovative solutions.
