A typical day includes...
- Reviewing and processing invoices submitted by suppliers.
- Following up with hotels for statements and invoicing clients within service level agreements.
- Assisting operational staff and suppliers with inquiries.
- Collaborating with the broader finance team to ensure accurate adherence to accounts payable processes.
- Maintaining supplier data within the Accounts Payable System.
- Managing, reviewing, and executing the complete accounts payable cycle.
- Engaging with various departments, upper management, and vendors.
Who we are looking for...
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Basic mathematical and accounting competencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Understanding of financial concepts.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Capability to interpret bank statements, supplier invoices, and related documentation.

- Experience in Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay processes is desirable.
