About the Role

The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water is seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Contract Lead to coordinate commercial outcomes and contracts for major construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial and contract activities associated with assigned projects
  • Develop and manage project budgets
  • Ensure compliance with project contractual and commercial frameworks
  • Coordinate risk, issues, and benefits realisation management
  • Apply risk and operation management principles in a complex environment
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification from an Australian tertiary institution or comparable overseas institution
  • Australian citizenship
  • Baseline Vetting security clearance
