Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to fill a challenging role in maintenance.

This position involves undertaking proactive and reactive general maintenance repairs, painting, and repairing furniture, fixtures, and fittings. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a brand-new workshop and contribute to maintaining a state-of-the-art facility.

  • Undertake proactive and reactive general maintenance repairs, including painting and repairing furniture, fixtures, and fittings
  • Assist with Helpdesk job tickets
  • Routine inspections
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Assist in-house trades as necessary
  • Liaise with external contractors
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting and hands-on skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team. While trade qualifications are not essential, the successful candidate will have access to training and development opportunities.
