About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Delivery Supervisor to join our airport team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of our customer delivery strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities associated with labour activities and aircraft movements to achieve accurate operational KPIs.
  • Drive collaboration through systems and processes with internal and external customers to avert delays and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Investigate all delays to root cause level and implement corrective actions or make recommendations.
  • Support the management of team performance and provide effective development and coaching to ensure optimum levels of team and individual performance.
  • Ensure staff compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, such as Airside Driving Regulations, Food Safety, and AQIS Custos regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar environment.
  • Experience with customer service, inventory control, and management systems.
  • Displays business and industry acumen understanding.
  • Previous success achieving KPI targets and adherence to safety, health, and environmental requirements.
  • Ability to build constructive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to energize and align team members to a shared vision, inspiring a climate of high performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions and act on initiative.
  • Proven adaptability to changing environments.
  • Holder of a HR or MR license.
