Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage workshop personnel in their daily tasks and performance expectations.
  2. Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  3. Oversee the preparation and authorisation of workshop quotations.
  4. Direct personnel in equipment maintenance and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  5. Co-ordinate internal department requests for service labour.
  6. Analyse departmental performance reports and provide recommendations to the Service and Parts Manager.
  7. Process new equipment warranty claims efficiently.
  8. Organise regular production meetings with key personnel.

  11. Approve significant expenditures on returned hire fleet units.
  12. Maintain a dedicated team for hire fleet maintenance.
