About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Site Manager to join our planned maintenance division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sub-contractors and direct operatives, leading site teams, and ensuring delivery of works to specification.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and coordinate the activities of sub-contractors and direct operatives
  2. Lead the site team to achieve operational objectives
  3. Oversee the delivery of projects to meet customer requirements
  4. Supervise and support several direct reports, including RLOs and office staff
  5. Conduct regular pre- and post-inspections to ensure quality standards
  6. Monitor and maintain high health and safety and quality standards on site

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing and delivering planned maintenance projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness certifications
