Job Overview:

The role of a Cloud Solutions Architect involves providing technical leadership and strategic guidance to customers in their adoption of cloud-based solutions. As a trusted advisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs and translating them into effective technology strategies.

This position is perfect for individuals with a strong background in cloud technologies, as well as excellent consulting and customer engagement skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers to deliver value-based solutions that align with business goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality solutions aligned with industry best practices to support customer operational readiness and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with account teams to develop comprehensive plans and provide feedback to improve delivery offerings.
  • Identify cross-solution opportunities and consult strategically to align technical solutions with customer outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights to influence product development and improve customer experience.

Customer Engagement & Experience:

Develop deep understanding of customer challenges and translate them into industry-aligned solutions that demonstrate return on investment.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical and business decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders.

Lead resolution strategies for customer dissatisfaction and drive transformation acceleration.

Technical Leadership:

Provide thought leadership and contribute to scalable IP and frameworks.

Mentor peers and lead upskilling initiatives aligned with solution area and corporate priorities.

Represent the company in internal and external technical forums, contributing to community engagement and brand elevation.

Requirements:

Candidates with prior technical consulting experience in cloud technologies are highly preferred.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

Or equivalent experience.
