Key Responsibilities- Lead the Underground Geology team and deliver quality grade control models to support underground mine planning.
- Plan and execute grade control programs, ore control, and ore production to ensure safe and productive mining in underground mines.
- Supervise relevant contractors and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- A degree qualification in Geology or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Experience in working with different types and styles of deposits.
- Leadership Development training and a strong ability to work effectively within a team and lead a team.
