About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Michael Page. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Attract and engage top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Guide clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience and meeting the needs of both parties.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B recruitment, with a minimum of 12 months of experience in sales or recruitment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or human resources.
