Job Summary

Lead a team of healthcare professionals in the field of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, focusing on delivering high-quality education and clinical excellence.

About The Role
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive research-driven practice improvements and maintain a caseload as a Physiotherapist.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff members, promoting their professional development and growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Course development for Professional Development Platforms.
  • Maintaining a clinical caseload as a Physiotherapist.
  • Contributing to research-driven practice improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, preferably with 2 years within the NDIS.
  • Extensive MSK experience, APA titled advantageous.
  • Strong mentorship and coaching skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and develop clinical skillsets.
  • Meet KPIs.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or Postgraduate Entry Level Qualification in Physiotherapy.
  • General AHPRA membership.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel as needed.
