Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Cyber Security

Join a dynamic team of professionals in the field of cybersecurity.

Employment: Full-time Role

Location: Sydney, Australia - Hybrid

Experience: 7+ years

Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders).

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to engineering teams.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
  • Participate in technical discussions and decision-making.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other engineers.
  • Maintain high development standards and practices.
  • Facilitate team communication and collaboration.
  • Mentor junior engineers.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient with Java, Scala/Spark, API, and Streaming.
  • Proficient with Pyspark, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience in Azure cloud platform.
  • Expertise in various connectors and pipelines for batch and real-time data collection/delivery.
  • Performance tuning - table partitioning and indexing, process threading.
