Facility Painter

Seeking a skilled Painter to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will involve working across various facilities, ensuring they present their best face through painting.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify areas requiring touch-up painting
- Review and program painting projects based on the facility's infrastructure needs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize disruptions and ensure staff and resident safety
- Manage and maintain equipment related to this role to ensure proper functioning and safety
- Assist in managing maintenance-related expenses efficiently
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers as needed for specialized maintenance tasks
- Embody a resident-centric mindset that influences your work
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Be open to learning and continuous development from feedback provided by residents and managers
- Hold a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or be willing to apply)
- Possess Trade Certification as a Painter (preferably)
