Automotive Training and Assessment Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced automotive trainer and assessor to contribute to the success of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, prepare, deliver and assess vocational education and training programs in the field of automotive electrical technology.
- Research and develop innovative learning practices and delivery options that enhance student outcomes and meet industry needs.
- Carry out workplace training and assessment for students in line with company policy and delivery methods.
- Promote and market services to clients in the automotive industry.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technologies and industry developments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Vocational qualification AUR30320 - Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (we can assist with this if you don't already have it).
- Recent and relevant work experience in the automotive industry.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years technical experience as an Automotive Mechanic.
- 1 year experience delivering classroom-based training.
- Trainee and apprentice supervision and training experience is highly regarded.
