Job Opportunity

A health and community organisation seeks a dedicated individual to join their People, Culture & Capability team. This role offers a fulfilling experience contributing to an inclusive, wellbeing-focused environment that values community connection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality HR support and advice across the organisation.
  • Work closely with leaders and staff on matters including recruitment, employee relations, performance, wellbeing, and policy implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in generalist HR roles, ideally in complex or people-focused environments.
  • Understanding of employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and HR processes.
  • Ability to provide trusted advice on employee matters, including performance and wellbeing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Desirable experience with payroll or return-to-work coordination.
