- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within the fitness industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and membership growth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Police clearance and Working with Children clearance
