About the Role

As a Full Time Assistant Store Manager, you'll be responsible for creating professional and personalized experiences for our customers, assisting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, and driving Team Members to achieve sales targets and KPIs. You'll also have the opportunity to coach and train Team Members to become selling superstars and lead by example to achieve your own personal targets.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in supervising, leading, and empowering a high-performing team
  • Demonstrated ability of coaching and providing feedback to Team Members to support their career development
  • An understanding of running a successful business with a proven track record to achieve beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs
