Key Responsibilities- Clinical Decision-Making: Utilize your clinical expertise to aid individuals in their recuperation from injury or illness.
- Recovery at Work Plans: Develop and implement recovery at work plans, job task analysis, labour market analysis, and job seeking canvassing.
- Return-to-Work Cases: Handle cases related to return-to-work for various types of insurance referrals, including Workers Compensation, Comcare, CTP, and Life Insurance.
- Evaluations and Assessments: Conduct appropriate evaluations such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessment (ADLs) to offer comprehensive assistance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate and communicate with clients, employers, medical professionals, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 + Super
