Early Years Services Coordinator

This role requires coordination and management of priority early years projects, including policy development, strategy, program design and implementation. Coordinating projects and working across departments is a key aspect of the job.
- Source demographic data regarding current and projected future characteristics of families with children aged 0-6 years.
- Foster family and child focused activities to meet Council objectives.
- Map services available to families with children aged 0-6 years to identify service priorities and unmet needs.
This is a temporary part-time role requiring expertise in early childhood education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in project management and program evaluation.
About You- Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood or a relevant specialist area are required.
- Relevant experience in planning and development of early years services is essential.
- Experience in planning, implementing, resourcing and evaluating inclusive and responsive early years programs and professional development is necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent time management skills.
