Regional Compliance Manager

- Collaborate with the business to drive growth while maintaining compliance and risk management practices.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate Compliance risks.
- Oversee the effectiveness of our operations in preventing financial crime activities.
- Provide strategic guidance on compliance-related matters, including the implementation of a risk management framework.
- Negotiate with key regulators, law enforcement agencies, and government bodies on regulatory and licensing matters.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a compliance-focused role, preferably with regulatory experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Auditing, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape in APAC, particularly in Australia, Singapore, India, and Japan.
- Satisfy any pre-appointment checks to be appointed as the AML/CTF Compliance Officer for relevant regulators.
- Demonstrate independence, tenacity, and the ability to work effectively in a self-starter capacity or as part of a team.
- Manage multiple aspects of a compliance program across various jurisdictions, extending beyond AML/CTF compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with colleagues at all levels within and outside the organization.
- Comfortable traveling to our Global headquarters in Seattle and offices across APAC and Europe.
