Geotechnical Project Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Geotechnical Project Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who also enjoys working with clients to develop business opportunities and deliver high-quality projects.

You will play a central role in growing our presence while working closely with colleagues across the country as part of our national geotechnical and contaminated land team.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Civil or related Engineering (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
  • 15+ years' consulting experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong technical background.
  • Proven ability to win and deliver work, including developing proposals, building client relationships, and growing revenue streams.
  • Strong experience in geotechnical design and analysis (slopes, soil nails, retaining walls, foundations, etc.).
  • Understanding of integrated investigations in geotechnical and contaminated land projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership in health, safety, and quality.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and technical presentations.
  • Professional recognition such as RPEQ, CPEng or equivalent (desirable).
