We are seeking experienced Civil Construction Professionals to join our team in a full-time permanent position. This role will play a vital part in the successful delivery of our construction projects within the local community.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining plant and machinery, carrying out general construction duties, reading and interpreting engineering plans and drawings, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard, and working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating and maintaining plant and machinery required for civil construction projects
  • Carrying out general construction and labouring duties as required
  • Reading and interpreting engineering plans and drawings
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with safety regulations
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals and deadlines
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of plant and machinery operation
  • Relevant trade qualification or equivalent industry experience
  • Competent in reading and interpreting engineering plans and drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
