  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare project reports, presentations, and communications to effectively convey progress and insights.
  • Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating site move logistics and fit-out compliance, ensuring all necessary requirements are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Background: Project coordination or administration experience, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or lab environments.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent communication and documentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Planning and Time Management: Strong attention to detail and follow-through, with excellent planning and time management skills.
