Occupational Therapist Role

As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients' return to work and life after injury. APM, a leading allied health provider, seeks an individual with enthusiasm and dedication to thrive in their career.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Completing office-based and vehicle ergonomic assessments for optimal workplace efficiency.
    • Conducting Activities of Daily Living assessments to ensure accurate equipment or household services prescription.
    • Performing worksite assessments to interpret physical demands and environment, facilitating short-term and long-term return-to-work goals.
    • Collaborating with other health practitioners through case conferencing.
    • Organising rehabilitation activities for clients, including Pilates and Hydrotherapy sessions.
    • Reviewing and analysing medical reports, such as MRIs and X-Rays, to inform treatment plans.
