We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Member Service Generalist to join our team at APGFCU. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to members, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase loan and deposit volume, driving business growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with branch management to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with credit union goals.
- Supervise and train branch staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
- Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services, making recommendations to members to meet their financial needs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional specialized training equivalent to two years of college.
- Minimum of four years of sales experience with financial institution products and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience interviewing loan applicants and meeting sales goals for deposit, credit, and automated products.
- Six months supervisory experience.
- Previous credit union experience.
