About this role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven State Account Manager to help drive the growth of our Bluewave range in independent retailers.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of achieving strong commercial outcomes through a tenacious and passionate approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key accounts to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Lead promotional planning and negotiate strategies to boost sales and market share.
  • Manage existing independent supermarket accounts in your region, building strong relationships with store owners and managers.
  • Resolve supply issues and manage stock on hand reports to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with retail partners to gather data and provide field insights.
In-Store Execution & Retail Development
  • Lead store-level activation and merchandising for our seafood products, ensuring compliance with planograms and seasonal promotions.
  • Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring product visibility and freshness throughout the shopping experience.
New Business Development
  • Identify and focus on high-potential independent retail customers, presenting full seafood solutions through category expertise.
  • Collaborate on tailored and region-based product ranging options to meet customer needs.
Reporting & Insights
  • Submit weekly reports with photos and execution wins, capturing field-level insights on pricing trends and consumer feedback.
