Job Description

As a seasoned professional in workplace consulting, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Your expertise in mental health and wellbeing will be instrumental in creating healthy workplaces and resolving people issues.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and contemporary workplace consulting services in the areas of mental health and wellbeing
  • Recognize and anticipate real or potential risks and provide appropriate recommendations for intervention
  • Explore solutions that optimize workplace health and wellbeing
  • Partner with clients to design and deliver evidence-based training programs
  • Deliver team assessments in various organizational environments and complete comprehensive reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registration as a mental health professional (i.e., Psychologist or Social Worker)
  • Experience working with complex organizational human resources environments and delivering strategic human resource solutions
  • Experience in designing and delivering adult education and training programs in mental health and wellbeing
  • Experience in workplace conflict resolution and accreditation with the Mediator Standards Board is desirable
  • A willingness to work in psychometric assessment is highly desirable
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
