Childcare Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Coordinator to join our team at TheirCare. As a Childcare Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to children aged 0-12 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging programs for children, including arts, crafts, and outdoor activities.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks related to childcare services.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
- Provide support and guidance to staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality childcare services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the childcare industry, preferably in a leadership or coordination role.
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification in childcare or a related field.
- Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
- Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state.
- Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training).
- Food Handling certificate relevant to your state.
