As a strategic leader, you will bridge the gap between sales strategy and execution, driving customer experience, retention, and revenue growth.

The role involves leading a team of sales professionals to deliver growth and retention targets. This includes developing scalable sales processes and workflows, as well as leading sales forecasting and pipeline analysis to drive individual and team adherence to targets.

You will also be responsible for leading on-shore customer service teams, ensuring timely and high-quality support through a concierge model. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives across both departments and build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and internal and external business partners.
