About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Machinery Service Technician to join our team in Albury. As a key member of our workshop-based team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service to our customers while performing scheduled maintenance and safety checks.

As a Mechanically Minded Individual, you will be responsible for conducting customer-focused scheduled and breakdown services, recording notes and filing service records appropriately, and providing exceptional customer service to help our customers solve their material handling needs.

In this rewarding role, you will have access to industry-leading training and development opportunities, including potential chances to train less experienced service technicians in complex aspects of service and repair work. You will also be expected to maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, stay current with emerging technologies in automation and telematics, and partner with the Company to maximize additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.
