About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Public Sector People. As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Better Business Partnership (BBP) program, particularly the EPA grant funded Food Waste Partnership program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting businesses to participate in the BBP program, focusing on the Food Waste Partnership program.
  • Collaborate with BBP small businesses to conduct food waste audits and workshops, aiming to reduce food waste sent to landfill.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance BBP program outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in waste reduction and sustainability programs.
  • Previous experience in business-to-business engagement and education within sustainability initiatives.
