About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Projects Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project-related tasks, coordinating site mobilizations, and providing general administration support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is able to multitask effectively.

Job Responsibilities
  1. To manage and coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
  2. To provide general administration support to the projects team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  3. To coordinate site mobilizations, including booking travel arrangements, arranging meetings, and distributing meeting minutes.
  4. To develop and maintain a client database for training records and inductions.
Requirements
  • A current driver's license.
  • Flexible working hours and the ability to be contactable after hours or weekends.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills with strong adherence to deadlines.
  • Patient, flexible, and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Great problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work unsupervised or with limited direction.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism to act with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in Rental, Mining, or Construction Industries (or similar).
  • Certificate III Business Administration (or similar).
