We are currently in search of skilled Knife Hands and factory personnel to support their operations. Previous experience in the food or meat sectors is not mandatory for some roles; however, we value punctuality and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation of various smallgoods such as sausages, meatballs, and burgers
  • Performing knife work and boning for those with relevant experience
  • Handling a variety of meats, both raw and cooked
  • Bagging and weighing finished products
  • Setting up and operating meat processing equipment
  • Working on cooking and packing lines
  • Conducting daily cleaning and maintenance of machinery
  • Engaging in crumbing, marinating, tenderizing, and slicing meats
  • Boxing and unboxing products and managing weights

Candidate Requirements:

  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility required between 5 AM and 5 PM (8-hour shifts)
  • Flexibility in work hours
  • Personal transportation is essential due to early start times
