Paediatric Nurse

Mater, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with paediatric experience to join our team at our South Brisbane facility. This is a permanent position with the potential to work part-time to full-time hours based on your needs.
We are a small but highly valued team, providing exceptional services to our paediatric clientele. As a Registered Nurse, you will become an integral part of our team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those you care for, while making a positive contribution to the overall standard of care delivered by the unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to children and their families
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in paediatric nursing
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions)
- Demonstrated paediatric nursing experience (2 years minimum)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Strong paediatric focus and passion for providing family-centred care
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to learn and develop your skills and commitment to the continued quality improvement and best practice principles within your role
- Availability to contribute to the rotating roster including mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends
