Job Description

As a seasoned software engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our core product. Your expertise in Java and/or Kotlin will enable you to design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient backend services.

You will work closely with our cross-functional team to identify and prioritize technical improvements, modernize legacy components, and implement new features. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, provide guidance on architectural and design principles, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend services
  • Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin, with expertise in OO design and associated design patterns
  • Strong data modeling skills, with significant experience working with relational databases using SQL, ideally Hibernate
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Sharp logical reasoning skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and succinctly
