We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead our team of system administrators and cloud engineers in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance of on-premises VMware infrastructure and Azure public cloud tenancy.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing both on-prem and public cloud infrastructure, as well as strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills. A track record of resolving complex technical issues is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the system team to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
  • Manage the team's workload by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, facilitating regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share insights.

Required qualifications include:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Cloud administration and team leadership roles.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and solutions in both technical and non-technical language.
  • ITIL Certification and Public cloud administration certification (Azure).
