The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in teaching English to students up to Year 12, with a strong focus on academic rigor and student wellbeing. You will be able to create a vibrant and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Teach English to Middle School and Senior School students up to Year 12
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum programs
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive school culture
**Requirements:**
- Relevant teaching qualifications and experience
- Strong knowledge of English curriculum and pedagogy
- Ability to teach Drama to Middle School students and IB/VCE
