Senior Contract Specialist

The Contracts Lead is responsible for ensuring compliance with statutes, regulations, and contract terms and conditions on our projects. This position oversees contract management activities and works closely with contract administrators to develop project contract templates, tender documents, and budget quotations.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing project contract templates
- Creating tender documents for Engineering, Construction, and Installation (ECI) packages
- Evaluating budget quotations and pricing summaries
- Contract administration of ECI packages
- Evaluating deliverables for the development and negotiation of construction contracts
- Supporting the Project Controls Manager (PCM) with contracting strategy and plan development
- Tendering, awarding, and administering assigned contract packages
Prior work with BHP systems and processes, experience in Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) or Joint Ventures (JVs), shutdown contract management, and developing contracting strategies with stakeholder engagement are desirable skills and experiences.
