Key Responsibilities:
- Support HSE Policies: Ensure all necessary actions are taken to support health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and legislative requirements within the warehouse and trade center site.
- Face-to-Face Support: Provide face-to-face support to trade store sales enquiries, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Processing: Process enquiries, orders, quotes, and queries as required, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer transactions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a trade store or similar environment, with a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field, such as procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
