Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with Store Managers to achieve store goals and objectives
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Lead by example, demonstrating genuine service and creating moments that matter for our customers
- Ensure a safe work environment for all team members and customers
- Set a positive example and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Previous supervisory experience or a willingness to take on new challenges
- Demonstrated retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations
- Ideal candidates will have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
- Flexible availability and a valid driver's license
- Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
