  • We are seeking a seasoned Decision Science Leader to join our rapidly expanding team in Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record of delivering high-impact decision science solutions.

About the Role:

">

In this role, you will be responsible for leading customer onboarding and strategy across a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will guide customers through onboarding, build trusted relationships with marketing, media, and commercial teams, and translate business challenges into platform use cases and measurable outcomes.

">

You will also help customers interpret Prophet's models and outputs, advise on test design, including A/B tests, geo-based and in-platform incrementality, and connect insights to real business decisions from media to budget allocation.

As a Decision Science Leader, you will identify platform or data challenges and escalate effectively, advocate for customer needs across Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams, and contribute to shaping our product roadmap.

About You:

">

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 3-5 years' experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Science, Consulting, or Decision Support roles. You should have strong communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights, and a strong understanding of media data (both Offline and Digital Media).

">

You should be comfortable discussing media mix models, attribution, and commercial outcomes, and confident working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
