About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of reform, ensuring that First Nations Peoples are actively included in decision-making and benefit from the Government's significant investment in water initiatives.

As an EL1 Business Manager, you will be a key enabler of the branch's success, ensuring that governance, financial management, and business operations run efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will support the Branch in delivering high-impact programs that drive meaningful change.

Main Responsibilities
  • Branch Coordination: Oversee executive correspondence and ensure seamless coordination of branch activities.
  • Budget & Financial Management: Manage the Branch's budget and monitor financial performance across sections.
  • Policy & Program Support: Lead or support the development of New Policy Proposals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Governance & Operations Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance business processes, governance frameworks, and secretariat functions.
